Fall Arrives at Your Door.

In Florida's climate, you can expect your display to look great for 5–7 weeks when placed on a covered or semi-covered porch. Direct sun and rain accelerate decomposition. We select hardy varieties and install protection mats, but pumpkins are natural products and will eventually soften. If significant rot occurs within 10 days of installation, we'll replace up to 3 pumpkins at no charge.

We can't control Florida weather or porch pirates, unfortunately. Once installed, the display is in your care. Replacement pumpkins may be available for purchase depending on inventory. We recommend a covered or semi-covered porch for best results.

They can. Pumpkins are natural products that release moisture as they age, which may leave marks on concrete, wood, painted surfaces, and other porch materials. We use surface-safe installation practices, but we cannot guarantee zero staining or surface damage. For additional protection, we offer an optional Surface Protection Kit (+$35) that places clear protective barriers under each pumpkin. By booking any package, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential surface staining. Full details in our Terms of Service.

You're welcome to rearrange, but our design guarantee only covers the original installation. If pumpkins are moved off the protection mat, we can't be responsible for any surface staining underneath.

We serve the entire Tampa Bay area — St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Tampa, South Tampa, and surrounding communities. We're also expanding to Jacksonville for Fall 2026 (pre-orders open now!) and Orlando for Fall 2027. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask — we'll make it work.

We collect full payment at the time of booking through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All major credit cards and Apple Pay/Google Pay accepted. Cancellations more than 14 days out receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee; 7–14 days out receive 50%; less than 7 days is non-refundable. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Early! We have limited capacity each season and serve customers first-come, first-served. Delivery windows in early October fill fastest. Booking opens in summer for Fall 2026 installations.
